Refund Policy

At H-D Jackets, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love every product you receive from us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a straightforward 30-day return policy. You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange, and we must receive the returned item within 30 days of the original delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as when you received it — unworn and unused
  • With all original tags still attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please contact us at sale@h-djacket.com or call +1 404 649 2884. Once your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label along with clear instructions. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or is incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items missing original tags or packaging
  • Sale items marked as final sale

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We make exchanges easy. Contact us at sale@h-djacket.com with your order number and the details of the item you'd like instead. The fastest way to get your new item is to return your original order and place a new order simultaneously.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the credit to your account.
