At H-D Jackets, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below you will find everything you need to know about our shipping process, delivery times, and costs.
Order Processing Time
All orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 2–3 business days of being placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you directly by email.
Free Worldwide Shipping
We are proud to offer free standard shipping on every order, worldwide — no minimum spend required. Every shipment is fully tracked so you always know where your order is.

International Shipping
We ship to over 100 countries worldwide. Standard international shipping is always free. Delivery times vary by destination:

- Australia, New Zealand: 10–18 business days
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the customer. H-D Jackets is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance.
Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information becomes active within 24 hours of dispatch. You can track your order at any time using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
While we take every precaution to ensure safe delivery, H-D Jackets is not liable for items damaged or lost in transit once handed to the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim, and retain all original packaging and damaged items as evidence.
